T&C for Oberoi Hotels & Resorts Voucher 
1. The e-Gift Card e-mail has to be presented at the time of availing a service at the participating hotels.
2. The e-Gift Card can be redeemed for Spa experiences by resident guests at the participating hotels and resorts.
3. Multiple transactions can be performed on an e-Gift Card until the value of the card is exhausted.
4. For redemption of e-Gift Card one-time password will be sent to the receiver’s mobile number shared at the time of purchase of the e-Gift Card.
5. The e-Gift Card may be used only at participating Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Trident Hotels in India.
6. The e-Gift Card balance must be used within six months of the date of issue.
7. Any unused balance will expire after six months from the date of issue.
8. No request for the revalidation of the expired gift card will be entertained.
9. The e-Gift Card cannot be transferred for balance value or redeemed for cash.
10. This e-Gift Card is cash equivalent. No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against e-Gift Card.
11. The e-Gift Card cannot be used for deposit, advance purchase or to secure or confirm a reservation.
12. Any dispute shall be referred to Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and the decision of Oberoi Hotels & Resorts will be final. Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi, India. Oberoi Hotels & Resorts reserves the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. • This offer entitles the end user to redeem gift voucher of Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in select cities of India. The denomination will be mentioned on the communication sent to you vis SMS/Email by Bandhan Bank
• The offer is open to residents of India, except employees of Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd, its agents and distributors, and their immediate families.

• Oberoi Hotels & Resorts Pay Gift Voucher can be redeemed ONLY on select Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in India.
• Only one voucher per registration will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be registered together.
• Maximum of 1 voucher may be used per person, per mobile number, per email ID, per household during the promotion period.
• This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer
• The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon few conditions to be followed by the voucher holder. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder. Photocopied, torn or mutilated vouchers will not be accepted.
• This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulation.
• This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.

• The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
• If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

• All residents of India holding a valid NOVA Credit Card issued by the Bank are eligible to avail the Offer.
• “Cardholder” means a customer to whom a NOVA variant Credit Card has been issued and who is/are authorised to hold the Credit Card issued by Bandhan Bank.
• “NOVA Credit Card” mean a credit card which has been issued by Bandhan Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period.
• If the Cardholder/s ceases to be a valid Cardholder/s at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer Period will lapse and will not be available to the Cardholder/s.
• All queries/dispute on the Offer should be raised to Bigcity by the Cardholder during the Offer Period or within Ninety (90 days). If any dispute or complaint or query is raised after Ninety (90) days, the same shall not be entertained.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding, non-extendable and non-negotiable. No exchange or redemption for an equivalent cash amount or in any other form shall be allowed.

• Bandhan Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the Offer terms or discontinuation of the Offer.
• Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of Bigcity or any third party and is not intended to create any rights and obligations.
• Bandhan Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate the eligible customers about the benefits under the Offer.
• Bigcity and/or Bandhan Bank reserve the right to disqualify any Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Cardholder and Bandhan Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues.
• The terms and conditions governing the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the Credit Card issued by Bandhan Bank.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and products/ services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• Any person taking the advantage of this offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, in addition to the primary Terms and Conditions governing Credit Cards.
• Any dispute relating to or arising out of the Offer or the Offer Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata only, irrespective of whether courts in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• Bigcity Terms & Conditions shall be applicable.
• Any purchase using Bandhan Bank Debit Card shall be deemed as acceptance of the Offer Terms mentioned herein. Cardholder agrees to indemnify the Bank against any loss (direct, indirect or consequential), cost & damage which may be caused by him/her to the Bank due to participation in this Offer.
