First level - Registration process
- The customer will visit the promotional website and enter the voucher code along with name, email id, phone number and submit.
- The customer receives the OTP on their registered mobile number.
- The customer enters the OTP, chooses the brand gift voucher and submits the booking.
- The customer will receive their Oberoi's eGift voucher on their registered mobile number & email id within 24 business hours.
Oberoi eGift Voucher: Activation & Redemption process
Registration/Activation process
To activate Oberoi Gift Card, please send an SMS from registered mobile phone as follows: ACT< space>16-Digit Card Number< space>6 Digit Pin to 9717500167. The sending of the said message to the designated mobile number and receipt of due acknowledgement thereto, shall constitute registration of the customer.
Check-in Process:
- The customer visits the participating Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Trident Hotels in India.
- The cashier enters the 16-digit card number and clicks the‘ Check Balance’ button, which will trigger an OTP to the customer’s registered mobile number.
- The cashier fills in the amount, bill number, invoice details, and clicks on the ‘Redeem’ button
- When Card PIN is prompted, the cashier requests OTP from the customer and enters it in place of card PIN.
- Redemption is successful and a notification message is sent to the customer’s mobile.
