Level 1 – Registration Process
1. The customer visits the promotional website and enters the voucher code along with their name, email address, and mobile number.
2. An OTP is sent to the customer's mobile number for verification.
3. The customer enters the OTP to complete the authentication process.
4. Upon successful verification, the customer will receive the Oberoi eGift Voucher on their mobile number and email address within 24 business hours.
Oberoi eGift Voucher: Redemption process
1. Visit participating Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Trident Hotels in India
2. At the time of billing, share your 16-digit E-Gift Card number with the hotel associate.
3. Share the pin number received on your registered email address to complete the redemption.
4. Once the transaction is completed, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered mobile number.
5. The E-gift card can be redeemed against room stays, food and beverage and Spa (for resident guests only).
