First level - Registration process
1. The customer will visit the promotional website and enter the voucher code along with name, email id, phone number and submit.
2. The customer receives the OTP on their registered mobile number.
3. The customer enters the OTP, chooses the brand gift voucher and submits the booking.
4. The customer will receive their Oberoi's eGift voucher on their registered mobile number & email id within 24 business hours.
Oberoi eGift Voucher: Activation & Redemption process
Activation
To begin using your eGift Voucher, kindly activate it by sending an SMS from your registered mobile number in the following format:
ACT "space" 16-digit Card Number "space"  6-digit PIN "space" to 9717500167.
You will receive a confirmation message once your voucher has been successfully activated.
Using Your eGift Voucher:
• Please present your eGift Voucher at any participating Oberoi Hotels & Resorts or Trident Hotels in India.
• The hotel associate will assist with checking your card balance, following which an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• You may be requested to share this OTP to complete the redemption.
• Once the transaction is completed, a confirmation message will be sent to your registered mobile number.
